Metsys provides Level 2 solutions for Cold Rolling Mills, Profile Mills, Processing Lines and Melt shops

The Level 2 feature set include :

• Production Scheduling module in cases where Production Planing systems are not available
• Setpoint Management module which includes coversion of PDIs from higher level systems to process schedules
• Pass Scheduling Module
• Material tracking module within a process area that includes Coil and Strip Tracking
• Reporting module that includes daily, shift, monthly and yearly production reports or any other customized reports for the customer

Metsys also has the capability to translate Mathematical Models that are provided by OEMs to Software Solutions.
